Hello Munster snorkellers! I'm Sarah and I'm from North Clare. I've been living away for a long time but the prodigal daughter has returned finally. I'm a marine biologist, environmental educator, surfer(ish) and diver (also -ish). The stereotype water baby. However I'm only now getting into snorkelling properly, having just usually grabbed the snorkel bits on waveless days in summer. Of the few spots I frequent, Clahane is my favourite so far, but I'm looking forward to exploring more of the coastline this year. The long-term goal would be to able to contribute to establishing more Blueways on the Clare coast. For now, I'd love company for snorkelling, and to explore spots with someone familiar with them.

Hi Sarah.
I'm an avid water baby (as you put it) as well, and will be picking up snorkeling a lot in the new year. I've recently moved to Ireland and I'm down in Co. Cork area. I have a lot of areas that I have already sussed out, and will be heading to each of them in the new year with the intent of pinpointing and mapping routes. It would be great to see locations up by you - do you have them mapped out etc?
Cheers,
Liam
Hey Sarah. I am trying to accomplish the same in the North West. I have started with a map identifying locations. Must organiser a call with you. Sean
